As we are located in Barnet, our clients are predominantly based in Barnet and surrounding areas of North London. We do have some clients who are located further afield. Please contact our office for advice.
Impairment: The only criteria we use to select Clients is that they have an impairment. Current Clients have a diverse range including C.P., M.S., stroke, brain injury, no speech, hearing impairment, learning disabilities, polio, undiagnosed mobility difficulties, brittle bones, kidney dialysis, paralysis, dementia, etc.

Our staff are hand picked. We: Interview Clients to find out their wishes and get an idea of their own personality and the people they would like to work with them. Look for staff if we do not have suitable people on our books already. Send prospective staff to Clients for an interview. Clients do not have to accept staff they do not wish to work for them. Take up references for all staff. Deal with all aspects of being an employer, from wages through holidays, sick pay, pensions, etc. Replace staff as and when necessary. Provide permanent or temporary staff, according to Clients needs and wishes. If a placement is not successful we will look for someone more suitable. |
